Project Overview

​This project consists of replacing the roof and adding an HVAC system for the Dean Road Recreation Center gymnasium.

The roof is complete with construction of the HVAC concrete pad on-going. Delivery of the HVAC is expected mid-May with installation to begin following delivery.
